I am interested in purchasing the navy tractor shoe, but would like to know whether it is elasticated all the way around the back. I love this style of baby shoe, but without good elastic they tend to come loose.

Thank you for the answer. I already have several pairs of this type of shoe, and I agree that they really are excellent for young foot development. But this design is fantastic, not seen anything like it elsewhere!

Rowling remembers that she always wanted to write and that the first story she actually wrote down, when she was five or six, was a story about a rabbit called Rabbit.
